General Fitness
We don’t just train athletes!
On a weekly basis, we train over 20 regular clients looking to train for personal goals and general fitness. We build custom goal-oriented programs for our clients and we can have our nutrition team put together diets to take your fitness goals to the next level!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
All of our training at GP is based on the individual and their current level of fitness. For that reason, we don’t offer classes at all. All of our sessions are scheduled in advance and you will be put on a program based off of your availability and your current level.
5K, TOUGH MUDDER, ENDURANCE BASED RACE TRAINING
Why sign up for a big race and not do your best? We can tailor a program specifically to you and your race so that you exceed your expectations and really shock your competitors and friends!
